LCCC Members teach members at this community event. The goal is to share what we know about staying out of trouble—and dealing with trouble—on whitewater rivers. Promising to attend and teach we have John Maroney, Bruce Eicher, Travis Cook, Patrick Hickey, Teresa Gryder and maybe Alyse Oxenford (we’re hoping). Come meet the crew, learn something, teach us what you know! Topics include prevention, signaling/communications, first aid and rescue gear, whitewater swimming, boat wrangling, ropework and all things whitewater. This day may include a short class 2 paddle.
